Hi, I’m Toniyah Garcia, the proud founder and owner of LRS Logistics Group. As a serial entrepreneur with multiple business ventures, I’ve always had a passion for building businesses, creating opportunities, and helping others succeed.
I started LRS Logistics Group with a vision of providing dependable, professional freight dispatching services while building lasting relationships with carriers. This business also holds a special place in my heart, as it was created to honor the memory of my grandfather, Leon Roosevelt Stewart.
My goal is to continue building a company rooted in integrity, dedication, and excellence. I believe that with hard work, determination, and faith, all things are possible.

Contact Us →What does a freight dispatcher do?
We help independent carriers locate potential loads, communicate with brokers, negotiate rates on the carrier's behalf as authorized, organize documents, and coordinate load details. Carriers make the final decisions about the loads they accept.
What types of trucks do you work with?
We welcome inquiries for dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, step decks, power-only, box trucks, hotshots, and other equipment types. Available opportunities depend on your equipment, authority, region, and market conditions.
How much does dispatching cost?
Pricing and service terms are discussed during your consultation and confirmed in a written dispatch agreement before services begin. Submitting an inquiry does not create a payment obligation.
Do I need an MC or USDOT number?
Please provide your USDOT and, if applicable, MC number so we can review your operating authority and service needs. Requirements may differ based on your operation and equipment type.
Will I choose which loads to accept?
Yes. We present options and coordinate communications, but you retain control over your business and whether to accept a load.
Does completing the carrier form mean I've signed up?
No. The form is only an inquiry. We will follow up using your contact information to discuss next steps. Dispatch services begin only after the appropriate written agreement is completed.
Do you guarantee loads or earnings?
No. Freight availability, rates, and earnings vary with market conditions, location, equipment, and other factors. We focus on responsive support and clear communication.
